Prime Video made announcement after announcement at San Diego Comic-Con 2024. While the streaming platform officially ordered a new spinoff of The Boys, it also confirmed that Hazbin Hotel, Invincible and Sausage Party: Foodtopia have been renewed for additional seasons. The announcement was made at a panel dedicated to Prime Video’s animated series.

Invincible, which debuted in 2021, has been given an early renewal for Season 4, while its third season is still in production and will air in 2025. Meanwhile, Hazbin Hotel has been renewed for two more seasons, bringing the minimum number of seasons for Vivienne Medrano’s creation to 4. Finally, Sausage Party: Foodtopia, which just launched on Prime Video and is the sequel to the animated film Sausage Party, will return for a second season in the coming months.

As a reminder, Invincible is an adaptation of Robert Kirkman‘s comic book of the same name and follows Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), an average teenager who begins to develop superpowers inherited from his father, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons), Earth’s most powerful superhero. As he learns to master his powers and embrace his role as a superhero under the name Invincible, Mark discovers that his father may not be as heroic as he lets on.

The Hazbin Hotel series, meanwhile, tells the story of Charlie Morningstar (Erika Henningsen), the princess of the underworld, who decides to open a hotel to rehabilitate demons and give them a chance at redemption in order to reduce the infernal overpopulation and prevent their annual slaughter by angels.
