SAG Awards 2022: The Power of the Dog and House of Gucci lead the nominations

While Succession and Ted Lasso dominate the TV series nominations, two films also stand out in the movie categories of the SAG Awards 2022.

Jane Campion‘s The Power of the Dog and Ridley Scott‘s House of Gucci are leading the nominations with 3 nominations each. The two movies will compete against each other in only one category: Best Supporting Actor (Jared Leto for House of Gucci and Kodi Smit-McPhee for The Power of the Dog).

Beside this duo, four movies were nominated twice: Belfast, CODA, King Richard and Being the Ricardos. You can find out in which categories these films are nominated below. The winners of the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards will be announced on February 27.
