In Paris for the Back To The Musical World 2 convention, Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella), Lucas Grabeel (Ryan), Corbin Bleu (Chad), Kenny Ortega, Bart Johnson (Coach Bolton) and Drew Seeley were asked about it. Lucas Grabeel was the first to speak and turned the question over to the fans attending the event. And the answer was more than positive. The actor who played Ryan then invited Kenny Ortega to make a call to Disney so that the project could be made.
